Stock Availability

We have stock availability across our gold products on the store - however due to the extremely high demand for physical bullion globally, there are some products that we have limited stock of. If products do become unavailable we will let you know as soon as possible and offer alternatives or refunds where suits.


We are still offering our standard delivery options, including fully insured up to the value of £20,000 per parcel. Orders in excess of £20,000 will be dispatched in separate, fully insured parcels.

As per usual, all our parcels will be sent fully insured and dispatched in discreet, unbranded packaging. A signature will be required on delivery.

However due to current circumstances and delivery challenges in certain areas, your delivery might be delayed.

Selling back to us

We are still purchasing Gold And Silver from our customers. All goods need to be sent to us via post.

Contact us directly and we will provide a UPS label to attach to your parcel. This service is free of charge and provides secure, insured delivery for our customers.

Opening times

The website will remain open for orders 24 hours a day as normal. Our customer service team will be on hand to help you with any issues or to help place orders from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
